As any fan of Eurotrash sinema will tell you - even the ones who don't like him - Jess Franco has carved a unique niche in the history of film. Dubbed by the Guinness Book Of World Records the "world's most prolific filmmaker" he is a legitimate legend and has made just about anyone who has seen one of his films to reconsider the use of the zoom lens. We at the Buffet have long been Franco fans and watched / reviewed quite a few of his films since our descent into cyberspace; but, we can always watch more. Therefore (as of January 2009) we decided to collect our past reviews here and begin in earnest the daunting task of watching as many of his films as we can track down and sit through 'til the end.
